Sue
Sue Bozeman, a Yankee, went to live in Oklahoma City via her job transfer and never regretted the move! Married to a Natchez southerner, they both explore and survey caves in their spare time. She enjoys cooking breads and the occasional Czech--her heritage--specialties. Some of those are unique to the Czechs, like flower blossoms dipped in batter, fried and eaten with powdered sugar sprinkled on top. Or fruit dumplings! Her friend, Anne, thinks fruit dumplings are a dessert. To Czechs, it's the main course! They'll eventually be in the recipe file -- in the future -- so czech back often.
Anne
A lover of animals, Anne shares a home with five dogs and three cats. She is a vegetarian and is so grateful that most fruits, vegetables and nuts can be eaten raw, since she really doesn't like to cook! She loves to read and is partial to mystery novels. Her two favorite sports are climbing and caving. Gardening is a favorite past time and she doesn't mind sharing anything that grows with the birds or the raccoons and possums that drop by for a nosh.
