Meet the People Behind Vegetarian-Fun!

Stéphanie Hetu – Original Webmistress 2004-2009
The techie one, Stephanie is very often in front of her computer creating websites. To relax, she likes to read, play the violin and take photos. She likes to cook a lot, so she often tries out various vegetarian recipes. Happy to discover new things, she travels a lot and loves to taste new fruits and vegetables around the world. She had a baby in 2009 and has decided to spend time around the home rather than keep her nose in the computer all day!  Her duties are now handled by Paulina.

Anne – Contributing Article Writer 2004-2009+
A lover of animals, Anne shares a home with five dogs and three cats. She is a vegetarian and is so grateful that most fruits, vegetables and nuts can be eaten raw, since she really doesn't like to cook! She loves to read and is partial to mystery novels. Her two favorite sports are climbing and caving. Gardening is a favorite past time and she doesn't mind sharing anything that grows with the birds or the raccoons and possums that drop by for a nosh. Anne will continue to occasionally write articles about something that strikes her as interesting for all of us to share. We welcome her contributions as we welcome others' out there.

Sue Bozeman – Editor (2004 -   ) and Contributing Article Writer (2004-    )
Sue Bozeman, a Berwyn Yankee, went to live in Oklahoma City via her job transfer from downtown Chicago and never regretted the move!  Married to a Natchez southerner, they both explore and survey caves in their spare time.  She enjoys cooking breads and the occasional Czech -- her heritage -- specialties.  Some of those are unique to the Czechs, like flower blossoms dipped in batter, fried and eaten with powdered sugar sprinkled on top.  Or fruit dumplings!  Her friend, Anne, thinks fruit dumplings are a dessert.  To Czechs, it's the main course!  They'll eventually be in the recipe file -- in the future -- so czech back often.

Paulina Barbour – Webmistress and Contributing Article Writer (2009-   )
Paulina Barbour accepted Sue's invitation to become webmistress and has been working diligently to learn the best possible ways to ensure the site is the continuing source of information Sue has always meant it to be.  Paulina lives in Rhode Island and is quite passionate about organic gardening and as a result, growing her own vegetables. She also loves writing, so you will be sure to see new articles appear on the site as she shares some of her own knowledge and experiences!
