Mango Salsa Recipe

When using the mango in a mango salsa recipe, wash the fruit before using and then peel it and remove the seed while holding the fruit over a mixing bowl so you can catch the juice. The mango juice should be used in the mango salsa recipe.

When making the mango salsa recipe be sure to remove all of the mango peel because not only is it inedible, but the peel contains a sap that causes an allergic reaction in some people.

Since the mango is a delicate fruit, it will not last for long when used in a mango salsa recipe. So keep the salsa refrigerated and plan on using within 24 hours.
