Fruit smoothie recipe
You really don't need a fruit smoothie recipe. You just need a blender or a mixer (remember the Mixmaster? That was quite an innovation in its day). And you also need some sort of milk product or equivalent and fruit. The rest is up to your imagination and preferences.
When you opt in for our newsletter, you get a FREEbie ebook with a bunch of fruit smoothie recipes in it. The only reason you should look in that ebook is for some of the more interesting combinations and serving suggestions. But I am not going to spoil your viewing pleasure; I'm just going to have you step back and consider all the myriad possibilities.
Say you are vegan with a yen for a smoothie and haven't yet signed up to get our fruit smoothie recipes. All you need do is combine a half cup of your favorite soy milk with fresh or frozen fruit and if it's not cold, add crushed ice. Put that all in a blender and whip it up until it's frothy.
Another thing you can do if you are office bound is to make your favorite fruit smoothie recipe combo just before leaving the house and put it in a thermos. That way, you have a nice cold nutritious pick-you-up for lunch or break. There is nothing like that in the vending machines, most likely.
So, OK. You want a sneak peak at one of the fruit smoothie recipes from the ebook anyway? I'm such a pushover. Here you go:
